- Product packaging may change from time to time.
- Minor specification changes may occur without affecting product performance.
We reserve the right to discontinue or limit any product at any time.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Where applicable, prices include GST.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase our products.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where:
- Products are unavailable.
- Pricing or product information contains an error.
- Payment cannot be processed.

A contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our approved payment providers.
We never store your complete payment card details.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on our website.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, weather events or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- CLEANM8 Cloths are covered by our 7-Day Risk-Free Trial.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless a product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product experiences a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes:
- Must be entered during checkout.
- Cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Cannot usually be combined unless specifically stated.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
